- What are your hours of operation?

Monday - Friday, 10am - 5 pm (Eastern Pacific time)

​

- What are the policies to receive styling or design services?

 Please click the policy link to read through all of our policies.

 

- What shipping carrier do I use?

Currently, I use USPS for all of my orders.

For jewelry, clothing, prints and/or "ready to ship" items please allow 2-5 business days to receive your items.

 

For headwraps and prints over holidays, please allow 7-14 business days to receive your items. If there is a delay with the Post Office, I am not liable for the delay after it has been shipped.

For custom floral headpieces and journals, please allow 10-15 business days to receive your order.

​

For custom painting commissions, please allow 4-6 weeks for the piece to be created and be shipped out.

- Can you return anything?

No, all sales are final.

​

- Can you do a rush job on a custom order?

I do not offer rush custom order services at this time.

​

If items are damaged after delivery or due to everyday wear and tear, I am not held liable.
